Hi Andrew, Angie & James........We thought your site was perfect in everyway. You have put a lot of time and money into it. We will definitely be back at some point, we felt we were much further away from home not just 83 miles away, with a lovely view. We just hope for more sunshine next time, we also hope that the Caravan Club use your site as a standard for all of the CL sites to achieve. We would rather pay a couple of pounds extra per night to be guaranteed a standard that you provide with your site and only have 5 vans !! Thank you for making us very welcome.........

Hi Andrew.........It was really nice to meet you yesterday with your little helper. William & Betty really enjoyed helping James to plant the tree and we look forward to seeing it grow each year and to decorating it at Christmas ! The site is fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our first van weekend of the year. Hi Andrew, Angie & James...........Terry and I had a great break at Rockingham CL. It is really one of the most pleasant sites we have been on. Hence our booking for Christmas so early. The site is well cared for by yourselves and the security you provide is an added bonus. Andy - Angie - James.........Just a thank you for the wine from James that was a nice suprise for Christmas. We had a fantastic Christmas break at your site, despite the freezing conditions, we had a great time with no issues at the site, only with my waste pipes that froze up ( This will be rectified for next Year ). The winter views were spectacular and the site as always is one of the best CL's we have stayed at. Despite the temp dropping below -10 degrees we had no problem in getting water. The Sondes Arms looked after us very well for Christmas Eve and day I would give them 10/10.......All the very best for 2011

Just a few words............... to say what a great site you have set up here as an investment for James's future. The views are wonderful ! For anyone who likes walking, as we do, there is easy access to Jurassic Way and East Carlton Country Park is a short walk away too. The Spread Eagle pub in Cottingham village does a great Sunday Carvery lunch and in less than 10 minutes walk from your site. We will be telling our friends about your little gem and we will be back ourselves

Hi Andrew, Angie & James........We returned home yesterday from our 5 nights at your site and I felt the need to contact you to say what an amazing place you have.......from stunning views to the safety, cleanliness and security. We can't rate it highly enough - in fact on first entering your waste compound I commented to Hubby that " you could eat your dinner in there "! Having only had our first experience of staying at a CL earlier this month we cannot beleive the extreme differences between the two and are glad we weren't put off completely by the first.........We will certainly return again if we ever come that way and will be recommending you to our friends..........Kind regards

...................Dear James. We had a lovely stay on your field, the view was lovely, especially as the sun was shining when we arrived ! We really don't think there is anything you can do to improve the site. The hardstanding was lovely and level and there was enough room between each pitch for each one to have enough privacy. We would definitley suggest you to our friends.......We had a lovely meal in the ' Spread ' on the Saturday night, thank you to your dad for suggesting it to us.......Yours

..................We have just spent our Easter break on your CL and have to say what a fantastic time we had !! The views are superb and there is so much to explore in the surrounding countryside. We also had the privelege of witnessing new-born lambs in the lower part of James field ! It was a delight meeting the little owner, James , who pretended to be shy, but imagine he's quite different at home ! We look forward to the next time.

.................Hi we had a lovely short stay at the CL. The views were spectacular and we will bring binoculars next time we visit. A bird of prey kept hovering over us, stalking the dog's toy squirrel tail, each time it came over the childeren got just as excited as the first time.................We will certainly come back for longer next time and sample the food and drink in the local pub...................
